Once a Development Consent has been issued by Council we will work with you to simplify and fast track the Construction Certificate process with the key objective being to enable you to commence building works as early as possible.
Your Plans may be able to be approved by us under the “Housing Code” as Complying Development Certificate. We suggest you contact us prior to lodgement of the DA to Council fora preliminary assessment.
We do carry out inspections and written reports for all classes of buildings as a pre-purphase report for purchasers or pre-sale report for vendors.
